This is going to be a big post because I'm so bad at updating. The earlier post start at the bottom.

Our trip back to New York was HORRIBLE! We got delayed in Dulles AGAIN but this time we were stuck on a small airplane for nearly 4 hours because of weather. It was horrible. Tale did good for most of it, he did have a little outburst there but who could blame him. We got on the plan at 10pm and didn't leave until almost 2 in the morning. My poor baby. We finally got home at like 5 in the morning on Friday. We laid around most of Friday trying to recover. Then on Saturday we finally had some energy so we took Tale to Taughannock Falls. He loved it! He loved splashing in the water and finding rocks and throwing them. It was the cutest thing to watch.
Okay time to take the t-shirt off and get a little tan. Tale loved climbing up all the rocks and putting his hands under the water as it streamed down the rocks.

And here he is after. He looks like such a big boy now. He has a little mullet going on because Tahri only cut the front and left the back long. I'm not a big fan of it, but he is still the most handsome boy!!!!While we were in Idaho, Tahri decided to cut Tales hair. Here are some pictures of him with his long hair that mommy didn't want to lose. :(

My sister in laws threw a baby shower for me. They are the best! I got a lot of really cute things and it was so nice to catch up with some of my friends there. I can't believe that I'm going to be a mommy of two pretty soon.

After finals we went to Idaho to visit our family there. The trip there wasn't the best. We had a layover in Washington and wasted a whole day of our vacation. Here is a tip, always carry and extra set of clothes and at least a toothbrush in your carryon. It was a nightmare having a layover and not having your luggage. Tale did really good on the flights though. Once we got there he had so much fun with all of his cousins. We all got together and took some pictures, Tale wasn't the best during them, all he wanted to do was play with all the cool toys that his cousins had, so he was mad we took him away from it. But how cute is everyone in the polynesian outfit?
We went to a Cornell Lacross game. The game was pretty intense, but Tale just wanted to climb the stairs most of the time.
Tale was having a blast playing at the playground with his daddy. He was getting so brave, hanging from the bar as you can see here. And then going down the slide by himself.
We met the Booths at the park for some pizza and to let the kids play at the park. I can't believe they are leaving already, I feel like we all just got here. We sure are going to miss them.
After lunch we went to Barnes and Noble so the kids could play. They were the only ones there that day and had a blast playing with all the toys and the books. Tale is going to miss his friends. The last lunch! It was so sad, Julie and Tucker were leaving for Washington for their internship so we all got together for one last lunch together. I can't believe everyone is leaving already! But at least they will be back after the summer. As for Tiffany and Taylor, they are graduating so they won't be coming back. We sure are going to miss everyone. This isn't the best picture, the lady I asked to take the picture kept putting her finger in front of the camera so finally I just said thanks and here is what he got.

Enjoying the sun

This is kind of a random post. We haven't been doing a ton but playing outside a lot, the weather has been so nice. Tahri is almost done with the semester and we are looking forward to having him to ourselves for a bit. :)

One of Tale's best buds is Tucker. They will be leaving soon for the summer and we sure are going to miss him and his mommy. Here are a few pictures of the two cute guys.

Tahri's program had an end of the semester dinner that we attended. Tale is trying to go outside and Tucker ran over to give him a hug. How cute is he???

We went over to Tucker's house for some yummy carne asada tacos, it was so hot that day, so the two guys hopped in the bath.

Tahri and Sam play in a softball league together so the boys went to watch the last game of the season. They had a ton of fun playing together. Tahri was gathering all the equipment and Tale was crawling all over him, I couldn't resist taking a picture of them, it kind of turned out like a little league picture. ha!My little island boy, he loves to run around with no shoes on, and mommy hates him doing it. Here he is running without any shoes on. I had to bribe him with a popsicle to put shoes on. Sleepy boy, oh he is so precious, I can't stand how much I love this little guy...........
And here I am at 33 weeks pregnant. I haven't taken very many pictures and this one is that great either but I've been asked to post one so here it is. I can't believe I'm going to have another baby next month!!! ahhhh, this pregnancy has gone by so fast!

Surprise!!!

I have the best friends EVER! Today they threw me a baby shower, I was so surprised. Tale and I usually get together with Tiffany and Julie weekly for lunch or playdates so going over for a visit wasn't out of the ordinary. But when I pulled up to their place there was a lot of cars outside and I thought, dang who is having a party? When I got to the door there were a ton of people in Tiffany's apartment and I was like wow everyone is coming to brunch today cool. Then they all yelled surprised and I could feel my whole body get all warm. It took me a second to realize what was going on and I was speechless. The party was for me! hahaha These girls are the best. Usually after your first child you don't really get showers but they threw one for me anyways because this time it is a GIRL! Thanks so much guys and for everyone that came! I wish I would have taken my camera with me to get some pictures. But I stole some from Julie's page.

A few of the kids that were there. How cute are they? Tale was camera shy. Opening some presents. How cute is that swimsuit?

Easter Weekend

Easter weekend was beautiful! The weather was great and we had lots of activities planned for the weekend. To start off I went and bought Tale some slippers because his shoes were too hot for him. But he hated them, he just wanted to go barefoot which his daddy lets him do when he takes him outside. He would walk in them and then try to shake them off! So I went back to the shoes. :) Good thing they were only $2. :) Tahri is usually home with us on Fridays but this Friday he had to go to school for work and for an extra scheduled class. So we ended up going to the park with Tucker and then out for ice-cream afterwards. Oh it was so yummy, Tale and I might be regulars there this summer. :)

Son there is nothing in there. hahaha...........Watch out this boy likes to stick his hands down your shirt. :)

When daddy got home we headed to the tennis courts. Tale loved playing with his daddy, except he wanted everyones raqucet!
On Saturday we headed to the circus. They were also having a dog show in the building next to the circus and we saw this huge dog! It is a mastiff, just like the one Grandma Molifua has, but it was a lot bigger. Tale wanted to pet him so we stopped to let him play for a bit.

Then we went in and Tale boi did so good for the first half at least. Just look at that smile. Oh sooo cute!
We bought him some cotton candy but he didn't like it, but he liked feeding it to mommy and daddy. That was a waste of $5.
Then during the intermission they had all these rides and activities to do. Tale kept trying to get close to the ponies so I bought him a ticket to ride them. And of course he hated it. he went around like one and a half times and tried to get off the whole ride. We wasted $7 for that! For the second half of the show the kid next to us had this sword that lite up and had a ball on the end and he watched the kid play with it for the whole second half! Should have saved the money on the ride and cotton candy and bought him that instead. :)

On Sunday morning we took Tale outside for his easter egg hunt and the first thing he saw was a basket from GIGI who was his easter bunny this year. :)

Tale is obsessed with balls right now, so when he saw all the eggs on the ground and around the park he went to get them all. It was so cute.
He didn't want to put them in the basket he wanted to hold on to all of them.

He was so excited to see candy in all the eggs.
After his afternoon nap we took him to see a couple of waterfalls. He couldn't wait to get in the water.
So his daddy decided to test out the tempeture and to try to catch some of the fish swimming upstream. I think they were quicker than he thought.
Tale finally got to go in the water but realized it was freezing and wanted out almost immediately.
Then we went and had some lunch at Buttermilk falls. It was beautiful there. Tale boi opening the ketchup for his mommy. :)

Sunday evening we decided to make rice krispie eggs. I thought Tale would have fun dipping it in chocolate and them dipping it in sprinkles. He really likes dipping things.

But he was more interested in dipping his hands in the chocolate and eating it. :) Finally he tasted the rice krispie treat and liked it.

It was a fun weekend beautiful weekend and Tale loved his first real easter.

Spring Break

Spring break is now over, boo!! It was so nice having Tahri home with us for a whole week. Tale loved having daddy around to play with him. The weather was good half of the time so that was good. We didn't go anywhere for spring break, we stayed in Ithaca and it wasn't so bad. We went to the park, a waterfall, the movies and played outside a lot!

Tale found a ball at the park and wouldn't let it go. He was taking it with him everywhere.

He even went down the slide with it. Finally by the end I was able to distract him by putting him on the horse on the merry go round. I kicked the ball far away so he couldn't see it. I was sure who ever left it there was going to come back for it. I can't remember the name of this waterfall, but Tale loves the water, he had fun watching it crash at the botton. It was really muddy so we didn't go too far. We went shopping for some new couches because lets face it, leather is the only way to go with kids and with a dog. They were having a big clearance sale and Tale was crying for a balloon, so they got him his very own. And he was drawn to this piece, I think he might have mommy's taste. :)
Tahri and I tried to go to a movie together so we got some friends to watch Tale for us, but 10 mins into the film we got a text that he was not happy there. So Tahri went to pick him up. He did really good sitting through the movie with us. Did a lot better than his daddy, his daddy couldn't wait for it to be over. :) Of course it was one of mommy's picks, we watched Our family wedding. I liked it :)Since Tale did so good for that movie the next day we decided to take him to another one but this time something he would really enjoy. We went and watched How to train a Dragon in 3D. He didn't wear the glasses the whole time, and he only sat in the chair for half the movie, the other half he watched but wanted to walk through the aisles and stand up. Good thing it wasn't that crowded. He loves his cartoons and daddy liked this movie too, he was really cool seeing it in 3D.

New York City

Last weekend Tahri's program had a conference in New York city so Tale and I went with got to tag along. It is about a 4 hour drive from where we are at and we had a blast. The weather turned out to be really nice and I was really surprised by how friendly the city was even though it is soo busy. Of course the drivers weren't all that friendly and I can totally see why people don't drive there. Parking is outrageous there were signs for $8.47 every half hour, you couldn't turn down a bunch of streets so you would have to drive in circles to get to your destination, pedestrians walking all over the roads, cabs stopping in the middle of the road, it was just so crazy. Anyways, while we were there we just cruised around a lot.

We went to Ripley's Believe it or Not. We took Tale to Toy's R Us and let him go on the ferris wheel. He loved it!!!He loved riding on his daddy's shoulders everywhere. He we are on our way from Madison Square Garden to the Empire State Building. We ate at Johnny Rockets, it was so fun, if I could live in any era I think it would be the 50's. Our waiter gave us a bunch of nickles and we played our favorite jams most of the night. As you can see Tale loved the milkshake! I love my Jamba Juice and they don't have one here in Ithaca, so we were there almost everyday getting our favorite smooties. Tiffany and Taylor also went on the trip and joined us on one of our many stops there. We went to Grand Central Station to figure out the train and subway routes. Went and did some shopping from there and walked around time square.By the end of it Tale was pooped. :) Here he is passed out on the subway, he wanted to hold the poles like everyone else was. I was right there with hand sanitizer everytime he let go. hahaha.............. Thanks daddy for the fun weekend. It was so nice to get out of Ithaca for a weekend.

Pink Sleeper

We were shopping the other day and Tahri found this really cute warm sleeper for our baby girl. But as soon as we put it in the shopping cart Tale claimed it. He wouldn't let it go, he even had to hold on to it while the cashier rang it up. And ever since then he has been sleeping with it, carrying it around the house and just always goes to it for comfort. It is the cutest thing.
