Special Delivery

I thought it was finally time to make the news public. Tale is going to be a big brother!!! We are expecting a GIRL in June. We are sooo excited. I'm about half way there, about 20 weeks so far. First trimester was miserable, second is not so bad but still can't keep anything down. That is the same thing that happened with Tale so hopefully everything will be fine and baby is getting what she needs.

We are just so blessed to be able to be parents. It feels like we prayed, and tried and waited so long for it and now we are having our second one already. Tale is the the biggest joy in our lives and are excited for our other bundle of joy. It is hard to imagine spilting my time because I just love my one on one time with Tale, but I know it will be good for him to have a sibling around.

Can't wait to meet you baby girl!!!

1 Year Old

Tale turned 1!!! I can hardly believe it. I feel like it was just yesterday that I was in the hospital waiting for him to come. Oh the long day that was. 20 hours of drug free labor. I hope I don't ever have to do that again. :) But I forgot all about that when he finally came out screaming. My little man, oh I love him so much. For his birthday his Uncle Jared flew all the way from Hawaii to celebrate with him. He brought all the goodies for the bbq, kalbi ribs, teri beef, manapua, poke, macadamia nuts and a whole bunch of yummy candies. He also bought all the decorations, his cake and ice-cream, bbqued all the food, and even made the pupu's for the party. Mommy hardly had to do anything!

We took Uncle Jared to a Cornell basketball game. They killed Columbia.

Tale's birthday morning he came down to balloons. He loved them. He played all day with them and pretty much the rest of the week. I'll have to go buy more for him. He loved them.

I made Tale his own cake to dive into. He was so cute, while everyone was singing to him he smiled in his chair, then he saw the cake and did a couple of small touches to see if mommy was going to spank his hand. And then......................

He went for it. :) My handsome boy going to town on his cake.

Week of Fun

In addition to all that my parents got for Tale they bought us passes to all the cool parks in San Diego and Carlsbad. We went to Legoland................They have a park area there and Tale loved the slide. He couldn't get enough! He also loved all the trucks too. Here he is with his daddy.

We went on a boat ride to see all the cool things they can do with legos. He loved standing up trying to touch the water. Daddy was in the boat ahead of us taking pictures.

We went to the Carlsbad Sea Life Park. He loved all the fishes.

He loves sucking on his fingers. :)

We got to go to Sea World to see the big fishes.

It was so much fun taking him to all these places. He had so much fun and his eyes lite up everytime he saw something new. It was amazing. Thanks mom and dad for the great experiences. Can't wait to take him again.

Birthday's........

There were a few birthdays in December so my parents took us to Bennihana's to celebrate Tale's, Tahri's and Kenny's birthday. Tale was asleep when we got there. But he quickly woke up when the food was ready. :) And was thrilled when his birthday ice-cream and cake came out.

He loved the ice-cream. :) The food was sooo yummy. Thanks mom and dad.

Christmas Presents

Tale had like 4 different Christmas this year. He was soo spoiled. We opened presents at our place before we flew to San Diego to meet Gigi, Tama, Uncle Jared and Uncle Josh and Aunt Julie. I think he opened presents everyday we were there.

Some random Nov updates.......

Today we went to lunch with Julie and Tucker. We ate at Ithaca bakery which was really good and then we headed to the park for some fun. Tucker was nice enough to share a snow suit with Tale so he would be warm while they played. Thanks Tucker. Tale loved the swing. IN this picture you can kind of see his top teeth finally coming in.

Tucker loved the tunnel, Tale was just trying to check it out. He liked the sand on it more than anything. These two guys are soooo cute!!!!!

We went to lunch with Julie and Tucker here too. We tried this place called Moosewood which is a vegetarian place. Surprisingly it was really good. These are some pictures Julie took after we were done eating. The boys loved going up the stairs and pulling on the bars.

Tale got a bruise on his nose you can kind of see it in this picture. He fell and hit his face on the tv stand. But he is still so dang cute. :)

We went over to Tiffany's house for dinner and the kids were playing. Then Tiffany turned on a video and they all raced to the tv.

Tahri and I also celebrated our 4 year anniversary this month. We went to a nice seafood resturant, it was good, but I was feeling a little sick so I didn't enjoy it as much as I would have if I wasn't. But it was nice to try another resturant and have a nice meal. Tale got to come too and had fun eating with his daddy. His daddy gives him everything and anything to eat. :)

Week of Fun

My friend Melody came to visit me from California. We hadn't seen each other since we both had our sons so it was great to finally meet Jonas and for them to meet Tale. The boys got along great in the beginning but then Tale got a little terriorial and started biting anytime Jonas would get near me. He had never done that before, I have no idea where he learned it from. Here are a couple of pictures when they got along.

So they got in Thursday night, so Friday afternoon we got ready and headed to the science center. It was such an awesome place. There was tons to do but the boys weren't quite old enough just yet, but they still had a lot of fun. Tale loved the mirror, I wonder where he gets that from? ha!

Jonas loved this toy and Tale quickly joined in on the fun.

Then the boys spotted the water and they were there most of the day. Tale was the only baby that didn't have shoes on, ah hello it is freezing and wet and he is barefoot. But he had so much fun splashing and playing with the water toys.

After the science center we went to grab something to eat. We went to Chili's and Tale loved the ribs. :)

Saturday we headed to the apple cider mill. I guess they are closing down for the season so we didn't get to watch them make apple cider but we did get donuts, apples and an apple pie.

Then Sunday we went to the Grismore Fram, where he picked apples from the tree, there weren't very many left but Jonas had a blast picking the apples from the tree. Tale was asleep so we left him home with daddy. Sorry Tale boi..........

There were some animals there too, Jonas didn't like them at first but he warmed up to them in the end. The animals loved Melody though, I was scared too, but still managed to pet one animal.

Monday we took a ride to Niagara Falls, it was about a 3 hour drive. I'm glad Tahri was able to go with us because he knew exactly where to go. Tale loved hanging out on his daddy's shoulders although he kept laughing and throwing himself back.
