Tale turns 2!!!!

My little man turned 2 this month! Oh my how time is going and I'm just loving every minute I get to witness him experience life. Tale LOVES trains especially Thomas the train, so for his birthday we gave him a Thomas the train party. It wasn't anything big, just a few of his friends. My mom sent a ton of stuff for the party which made it awesome. I'm really annoyed with myself because I wish I would have taken a ton more pictures, but with trying to organize things and Leila it was hard to take pictures. So these aren't the best. Anyways.......

Tale did a great job as a little host. He handed out little goodie bags to his friends. Shared his balloons with them, and even handed out some fruit snacks which usually he would keep all to himself because they are his favorite. Here are his friends that came.
Ellie is so cute, everytime she sees a camera she stops and smiles or gives a pose. :)
Graham lounging in the chair, he was so cute, his smile was so big. We played a couple of games to see who got to pull the pinata strings first. One of the games was a puzzle, Tucker tried to tackle it all by himself. He is such a smart little boy.

Ellie was the winner of the games, she completed all of them the fastest and got to go first in the pinata line. In the end, they all got pulled the strings together and finally got all the candy out. It was cute, Tale went right to work gathering all his candy and putting it in his bag. The other kids were searching for the favorites and wanting to eat it at that moment. So Tale had a full bag. ha!

Then we sang happy birthday, but didn't get a picture of it. ER! Tale had a huge smile on his face when everyone was singing and couldn't wait to blow the candle out. Then we opened presents. Tale got some really cool stuff.
Tale loved his cake!!! I caught him getting thirds and fourths! :)

We had his party a little after his birthday but had a small celebration for him on his actual birthday. Here he is on his actual birthday opening some presents from his dad.

And for breakfast he had his favorite, chocolate chip pancakes made by his daddy.Tale-boi is definitely coming into his own person. He loves to copy a lot of things that we do and we love watching him learn and explore. He loves to help out around the house, everytime anyone gets a ouchie he rushes over to kiss it better. He is so sweet to his sister, always trying to make her laugh or make her happy. He loves to draw, loves to boss Chanel around, loves to watch his movies and play with his trains, and always wants all of us together. Tale-boi we love you so much, Happy Birthday my handsome boy. I hope 2's aren't as terrible as I've heard they can be! :)

What a great party. I'm sad we missed it. We'll have to come over soon to check out the new trains.

Happy Birthday Tale!!! Looks like you did a great job on his birthday party. The terrible two's are terrible, hehehe (part of them), hopefully Tale will skip the terrible part. I'm looking forward to the three's now. Hoping that my daughters get better at talking (they have their own little language, yet they are picking up English and Spanish only slow), eating (eliminate the pickiness), and hopefully no more diapers.

Wow Kehau, it seems like just yesterday he was a sweet little new born. He is growing up so fast, and so handsome. Hope life is good in NY. Miss you guys.
